Terms of Service

Welcome to the online photo galleries hosted by Riv Lux Media Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on Pixieset (the “Service” or “Gallery”). By accessing, browsing, downloading, purchasing prints, or otherwise using our Gallery, you (“User” or “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Gallery immediately.

1. Use of the Service

1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase prints or digital downloads. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

1.2 Personal, Non-Commercial Use
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the Gallery and all images are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, license, or otherwise exploit any image without our prior written consent.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership of Images
All photographs, images, and related materials (collectively, the “Content”) available in the Gallery are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all rights are owned by Riv Lux Media Inc. (the “Photographer”).

2.2 Limited License
When you download or purchase a print, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content solely for personal use. No other rights are granted. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the Content is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:

  • Remove any copyright notices, watermarks, or other proprietary markings;

  • Use the Content for any defamatory, pornographic, or unlawful purpose;

  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercialize the Content without our express written permission.

3. Digital Downloads and Prints

3.1 Digital Downloads
Upon purchasing a digital download, you will receive a link to download the Content. You are responsible for saving and backing up the file(s). We are not liable for any lost or corrupted files once the download link expires.

3.2 Print Purchases
We partner with third-party printing services to fulfill print orders. While we strive to ensure the highest quality, final prints may vary slightly due to color calibration and print materials.

3.3 Order Fulfillment

  • Payment: All payments must be completed before your order is processed.

  • Shipping & Delivery: Shipping costs and delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers.

3.4 Returns & Refunds
Because each print or download is custom-produced, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [X] days of receipt to arrange a replacement (at our discretion).

4. User Conduct

4.1 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity;

  • Upload or transmit viruses or any malicious code;

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

If you create an account to purchase or download Content, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
